TechnipFMC is a global oil and gas multinational operating in 48 countries with over 37,000 employees,
utilising both SAP & Oracle ERP systems.
Project Manager responsible for the successful migration of all Oracle-related interfaces to new Cloud infrastructure, required for the separation of the IT landscape and planned split of the TechnipFMC Group.
Scrum Master for the delivery of enhancements for the ERP system.
Responsibilities included:
Working with sprint team members globally, across a broad range of different cultures and varying stakeholders, ensuring on average 15-20 sprints in progress at any one time.
