I am a versatile, hands-on Project Manager with over 20 years’ experience working in the ERP implementation field with combined experience in consultancy, major international corporations & Shared Services Centre implementations.

My primary focus has been on Oracle & Salesforce technologies, working across a range of different industries for both client-side and delivery organisations. During this time, I have built up a proven track record of delivering a wide range of IT solutions in roles ranging from Principal Functional Consultant, Business Analyst, Test Manager through to Project Manager & Scrum Master.

Project Manager & Scrum Master for TechnipFMC (client of Inoapps), Paris - France

TechnipFMC is a global oil and gas multinational operating in 48 countries with over 37,000 employees, utilising both SAP & Oracle ERP systems.

Project Manager responsible for the successful migration of all Oracle-related interfaces to new Cloud infrastructure, required for the separation of the IT landscape and planned split of the TechnipFMC Group.

Scrum Master for the delivery of enhancements for the ERP system.

Responsibilities included:

• Working with sprint team members globally, across a broad range of different cultures and varying stakeholders, ensuring on average 15-20 sprints in progress at any one time.

• Setting up and facilitating the Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives).

• Mentoring and coaching team members in the Agile values and methodology.

• Championing the use of Agile as a framework of working practices within the Project Delivery and Development teams for enhancements.

• Working with the various sprint teams & adopting Agile, we significantly improved the quality & speed of enhancements delivered to the business.

Project Manager for DXC Red Rock, Auckland - New Zealand

Acquisition of Red Rock by CSC has formed the leading IT services group in Australasian with over 6000 staff (59,000 worldwide) and $1.5 billion in revenues ($US 8.1 Billion worldwide) operating in Australasian.

Some accomplishment include:

• Project Manager responsible for the successful delivery of Oracle upgrade project worth in exess of $1M

• Brought in as PM on a key client account, to savage an upgrade project on brink of litigation action

• Test Manager for a complex & demanding JD Edwards upgrade project

Working through a consultancy for their end client, Gardner Aerospace, I was providing project management and consulting services relating to their ERP system, with operations based in France, Poland, India & UK.
